The Next Step for Teens Who Want More.
Sayeret is Club Z's selective leadership track for teens who aren't done growing — and are ready to go deeper.
Selective
Registration-based. For teens who've proven they're ready for more.
Deep
14 seminars plus specialized training in debate, public speaking, and op-ed writing.
Year-Long
August through May — not a weekend workshop. A leadership pipeline.
What Happens After the Foundation Is Built?
Some teens finish Basic Training knowing they want to lead. Others just know they’re not done yet. Both belong in Sayeret.
Sayeret — Club Z’s “special forces” — is a year-long, selective track for 9th through 11th graders. It deepens the Jewish identity foundation built in Basic Training through individualized mentorship, an advanced curriculum, and hands-on training in debate, public speaking, op-ed writing, and event leadership. Sayeret teens plan real events, mentor younger Club Z members, and graduate ready to lead Jewish life on campus. They stand out in college applications because they’ve already led.
5,000+ Club Z teens trained. Sayeret graduates leading on campuses nationwide.

Is Your Teen Ready?
Sayeret is for teens in 9th through 11th grade who finished Basic Training and want to keep going. You don’t need to have it all figured out — you just need to be curious, motivated, and willing to grow.
To get started, complete the registration form below. Because Sayeret is selective, every registered teen will be invited for a personal conversation with Club Z staff to make sure the program is the right fit. If it’s not the right match, we’ll issue a full refund — no questions asked.

A Note to Our Club Z Families
We want to be completely transparent with you about what you’re seeing above.
The true cost of running Sayeret — the staff, the facilities, the curriculum, the individualized mentorship, and everything that goes into a year-long leadership program at this level — is $7,000. That’s what it actually costs us to deliver this program at the quality our families deserve.
Club Z has always worked hard to keep our pricing well below that true cost, because we believe every Jewish teen should have access to what we do. Thanks to the generosity of our donors, our standard Club Z rate is $1,950.
This summer, something remarkable has happened.
Thanks to the extraordinary generosity of the Koum Family Foundation, we have been awarded a grant specifically to provide tuition assistance and need-based scholarships to Club Z families. Because of this single, specific act of philanthropy, the first 50 Sayeret registrants will be able to enroll at the dramatically reduced rate of $1,200.
This subsidized price is not a permanent reduction in our tuition. It is a direct gift from the Koum Family Foundation to your family, made possible by their belief in our mission and their commitment to the next generation of proud, strong, and connected Jewish youth.

Our Deepest Gratitude
We want to publicly express our profound thanks to the Koum Family Foundation. Their investment in Club Z is an investment in every single teen who walks through our doors — an investment in Jewish identity, in Jewish pride, and in the future of our people.
To the Koum family: thank you. Your generosity is changing lives, and we will honor your gift by pouring everything we have into the teens you've helped us reach.
50 of 50 Koum-subsidized spots remaining
Koum Foundation subsidized pricing is available on a first-come, first-served basis.
Limited to the first 50 Sayeret registrants.
Once the 50 subsidized spots are filled, registration will continue at the standard Club Z price of $1,950.
Register early to secure your spot at the subsidized rate

We never want cost to be the reason a child misses out on Club Z.
Thanks once again to the generosity of the Koum Family Foundation, we are also able to offer need-based scholarships to families for whom even the subsidized pricing presents a financial hardship. If that describes your family, please don’t hesitate to reach out — there is no shame in asking, and every conversation is handled with complete confidentiality and respect.
To apply for a need-based scholarship, simply email finance@clubz.org and a member of our team will guide you through a short, straightforward process.
Every Jewish teen belongs at Club Z. We will do everything in our power — together with the Koum Family Foundation — to make that a reality for your family.
Sayeret is the leadership tier of Club Z's identity-to-action pipeline.
Basic Training builds the foundation. Sayeret develops the leaders. Graduates go on to lead Jewish life on college campuses and in their communities — not because they were handed talking points, but because they know who they are.

Advanced Jewish Leadership Training for Teens
Sayeret is Club Z’s advanced, selective leadership program for Jewish high school students in 9th through 11th grade. Named for the elite units of the IDF, Sayeret is a year-long track running from August through May that includes 14 educational seminars, individualized mentorship, and specialized training in debate, public speaking, and op-ed writing. Building on the Jewish identity foundation established in Basic Training, Sayeret deepens teens’ understanding of Zionism, Jewish history, and the Arab-Israeli conflict while developing the leadership and advocacy skills they need to lead on college campuses and in their communities. With cohorts in Los Angeles, the Bay Area, Boston, New Jersey, Brooklyn, and Westchester, Sayeret is where Club Z’s most driven teens become the Jewish leaders their generation needs.
