Valerie Rutenburg

Bay Area Regional Assistant Director & Educator

Valerie is a proud alumnus of Club Z’s Bay Area Chapter and is thrilled to return as an Educator. Valerie recently graduated from Santa Clara University, where she was active in pro-Israel advocacy and activism and established a Students Supporting Israel (SSI) chapter. She was a Tikvah Fund Himmelfarb Scholar and participated in Jewish philosophy fellowships at Harvard University and Yale University.

She also served as the President of Outreach for the Jewish Student Union at Santa Clara University. Valerie’s first-hand, extensive experience organizing and leading rallies and counterprotests and educating others on Israel and Zionism make her uniquely qualified to work with the Bay Area teens and the larger Club Z family.
